To develop its projects, the company needs people to select suppliers, negotiate and validate purchasing contracts while respecting operational and financial constraints.

The missions of this profession are very versatile, since it involves assessing needs in coordination with internal customers, participating in negotiations and monitoring contracts.

“The missions of a buyer are multiple and require a range of skills. My role is to match an expressed need with a market of suppliers likely to correspond. A market study and calls for tenders will follow. »
“This job requires a lot of human qualities, which makes it very rewarding. Indeed, we must be able to adapt to each need and to the different stakeholders both in France and internationally. All these meetings allow multidisciplinary work which nevertheless requires a certain rigor as well as good communication. »
