EDF Energies Nouvelles commissions a 24 MW wind farm in Cantal

Continuing its development in wind power in France, EDF Energies Nouvelles announces the commissioning of a wind farm with a capacity of 24 MW in Allanche, in the Cantal department.

This park, made up of 8 turbines of 3 MW each, was developed and built by EDF EN France. Operation and maintenance will be carried out by Vestas and EDF EN Services.

This new achievement by EDF Energies Nouvelles illustrates the continuation of efforts to develop wind energy projects carried out in France. To date, EDF Energies Nouvelles owns 440 MW of gross wind power on the national territory.
