Continuing its development in France, EDF Energies Nouvelles announces the commissioning of the Plateau d'Andigny and Trécon-Clamanges wind farms, for a cumulative installed capacity of 25 MW.
The Plateau d'Andigny wind farm is located in the Aisne department, at the crossroads of the territories of four Picardy municipalities: Vaux-Andigny, Molain, Vallée-Mulâtre and Saint-Martin-Rivière. Made up of seven Siemens turbines, the wind installation co-owned by EDF Energies Nouvelles and Diamond Generating Europe has an installed capacity of 21 MW.
Located in the Champagne-Ardenne region in the Marne department, on the territories of the communes of Villeseneux and Trécon, the Trécon-Clamanges wind farm (4 MW) is equipped with two Vestas wind turbines of 2 MW each.
The total production of these two wind farms is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of more than 22,000 inhabitants.
