Carlotta Gentile Latino appointed Director of Land Activities France at EDF Renewables

Paris, December 22, 2022 – EDF Renewables announces the appointment of Carlotta Gentile Latino as Director of Land Activities France in succession to Nicolas Couderc as of January 1, 2023. In this capacity, she will continue to be a member of the Management Committee of EDF Renewables.

Carlotta Gentile Latino joined EDF Renewables in 2012 as head of development of onshore wind projects in France. In particular, it develops the Champagne Picarde project in all its components, local consultation, management of studies and obtaining the various authorizations.

In 2016, she joined the M&A Department, where she coordinated and closed several onshore wind projects acquisitions.

Since 2019, she has been Director of Strategy and Sustainable Development and member of the Management Committee of EDF Renewables.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 2011, she completed an academic exchange at Ecole Centrale Paris and holds a MBA from INSEAD in 2018.

After 15 years within the EDF group, including 9 at EDF Renouvelables, Nicolas Couderc chose to leave his position to join the management of another French company in the renewable energy sector.
