EDF Energies Nouvelles partners with Mitsubishi Corporation for the construction of four wind farms in France

EDF Energies Nouvelles announces the signing of a partnership with Diamond Generating Europe (Mitsubishi Corporation Group) for the construction of four wind farms with a total capacity of 72 MW in the North of France. At the end of the operation, each partner holds 50% of the shares in the joint company which brings together the four projects.

EDF Energies Nouvelles will provide project management for the construction of the four wind farms located in the departments of Aisne, Pas-de-Calais and Nord, as well as asset management services from the start-up. parks service, planned for later in 2014.
