Paris, February 16, 2021 – EDF Renewables announces the appointment, since February 15, of Hélène Bauduin as Director of Human Resources of the company, also in charge of health and safety policies, and real estate. She joins the Management Committee of EDF Renewables and succeeds Nathalie Guyot, appointed Director of Human Resources at Cyclife, a subsidiary of the EDF group dedicated to the dismantling of installations and the management of nuclear waste.
Holder of a master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages and a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (IEP), Hélène Bauduin began her career within the EDF group in 1991. She was successively in charge of Human Resources in the Distribution Department EDF GDF Services (future ENEDIS), Provence at the EDF GDF Paris Tour Eiffel Center, at the National Nuclear Equipment Center (CNEN), then within the Operational Engineering Unit of the nuclear fleet.
In 2007, Hélène joined EDF’s Customer division, where she put in place a medium-term plan management system when markets were opened up. In 2009, she was named Head of Human Resources at the Nuclear Fuel division, a role in which she developed solutions helping to retain skilled employees and increase mobility.
Between 2013 and 2016, Hélène took charge of employment, recruitment, mobility and diversity for EDF’s Production and Engineering division’s 45,000 engineering and operational employees working at nuclear, thermal and hydroelectric power plants.
From 2016, she joined the Human Resources Department of the EDF group, where she heads the Mobility and Recruitment Department and contributes to the development of employee mobility within the Group.
