Béatrice Buffon

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF EDF RENEWABLES & GROUP SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONAL DIVISION

Béatrice Buffon began her career as Finance Manager at COGETHERM, an EDF subsidiary specialized in the development of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) projects. In 2001, she joined SIIF Energies, which later became EDF Renewables, where she would take up office as Project Director in 2003. Her activities focused on developing onshore wind farm and biomass projects, as well as offshore wind farm projects in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

Bruno Fyot

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Bruno Fyot started his career at EDF in 1988 as Field Manager within the distribution network business. In 1994 he joined EDF GDF Services as an advisor for IT strategy to the executive committee.
In 1994, he was appointed advisor for information systems to the EDF GDF Management Committee.
In 1997 he became head of a local distribution and supply business

Cédric Le Bousse

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Cédric Le Bousse holds an engineering degree from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris and began his career at EDF Renewables (formerly Energies Nouvelles) in 2006.
As project manager, he took part in the development of our first offshore wind projects in France. He was particularly involved in matters such as dialogue and negotiation with local stakeholders (mayors, government representatives, associations, fishermen, unions, etc.).

Aymeric Ducrocq

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT RENEWABLE MARINE ENERGIES FRANCE

Aymeric Ducrocq’s career started in 2004 at the French Ministry of Finance, Treasury Directorate. For four years he worked in the treasury’s International Department, first on trade negotiations conducted within the framework of the WTO, then on financing development aid in collaboration with multilateral development banks.

Vincent Gayrard

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT IT & DIGITAL

Graduated in engineering from Télécom Sud Paris, Vincent Gayrard started his career in the EDF Group as part of an operational IT department before managing R&D teams on industrial IT security and scientific computing.
In 2009, he contributes to the creation of the Shared Services Department by managing a new department of IT experts and architects and by steering the portfolio of EDF's IT infrastructure projects.
Three years later, he temporarily left the IT activities to manage the

Antoine Genevois

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT GENERAL SECRETARY & GENERAL COUNSEL

Antoine Genevois begins his career in 2000 as a legal counsel at Thales. He contributes particularly to the drafting and the implementation of the Thales Values and Compliance Charter within the Thales Group, and is involved in issues surrounding anti-bribery laws in international transactions.
In 2003, he joins Areva NC as a legal counsel where he is in charge of all legal and compliance issues for the Enrichment Business Unit.
In 2006, he is expatriated in the USA by Areva up to 2012. During 

Carlotta Gentile Latino

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT ONSHORE ACTIVITIES FRANCE

Carlotta Gentile Latino started her career at EDF Renewables in 2012. She participated in the development of onshore wind projects in France by getting involved in the challenges of concertation, managing technical studies and obtaining authorizations (notably for the Champagne Picarde project, 72MW, MSI 2018).

His career began in 1990 as Regional Director at Invest in France Agency, a French ministry of Foreign Affairs subsidiary promoting foreign investments. In 1992, he joined the Sales and International Consultancy group at Advans international and later was promoted to partner.
From 1997 to 2004, he was President and CEO of Mensi SA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF. Mensi was sold to Trimble Navigation Ltd in 2003.

Julien Marchal began his career at the French Ministry of Energy and Sustainable Development where he worked in particular on developments in the solar industry. Then, he joined the cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic where he was deputy advisor on energy to President François Hollande. Then, Julien Marchal worked with
Emmanuel Macron, then Minister of Industry and the Economy on

Carole Trivi began her career in the EDF Group in 2003 in the Commerce Division where she contributed to the change management project in the context of the opening up of the electricity market to competition for private customers.
In 2006, she was in charge of the newly created specialised and BtoB press relations department to enhance the promotion of commercial offers.

Laetitia Villedieu

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

After several experiences in human resources at Manpower, IGS or at the Recognition Institute, Laetitia Villedieu joined EDF in 2000. She was successively HR mission manager and deputy department head in the Operations department at the National Production Center of Electricité de Tricastin, head of the Resources department within the Operational Engineering Unit of the nuclear park, then head of delegated HR mission within the Environmental Deconstruction Engineering Center.
