The Performance Expert is an engineer responsible for implementing new tools and processes in order to improve the performance of installations.

Its missions relate to monitoring the deployment of tools, as well as the performance of the installations. He also has a quality management hat, which makes his missions very diverse and attractive.

“In an optimization approach, our role is to define areas for improvement using indicators and data, in order to create new tools and deploy them. We must train and support teams in the use of these new methods, monitoring their effectiveness over time. »
“Research and creation of processes is part of our main mission, but certain tools are already in place and our objective is to monitor and improve these methods. Our role is to analyze performance through quality reviews, to replicate these methods on different sites. »
“We are comparable to trainers on new working methods. We support the entire team in charge of operating our plants in their efforts, while listening to their various feedback. This allows us to address specific requests in performance optimization. »
